The History
After establishing my private counselling practice (2010) in Portsmouth and Chichester, and three years after growing my practice from within The Marple Cross Centre, it became time to move my couple counselling practice closer to home and locate in central Waterlooville (Widley & Purbrook), Hampshire.
After reviewing several local areas around Waterlooville to host my office, I set-up home within Psychology Chartered (which was then based in Waterlooville – along London Road). My counselling practice moved next-door to The Physio Centre.
By 2015 I was offering counselling to individuals, couples and small groups up to five-days per week.
My reputation as an effective, independent counsellor for LGBT Relationships was growing and spreading throughout West Sussex, Dorset and Hampshire. In particular, several couples drove to Waterlooville (taking over an hour) for weekly 90 minute sessions.
Temporary Hosting 2015/16
When Psychology Chartered decided to move to Havant, I temporarily housed my practice within Becvar Health Ltd (Chiropractic & Complementary Medicine). Unfortunately, the rooms being set up for chiropractic medicine offered little spare space for counselling couples. The hosting could only be temporary whilst my own Havant rooms became available.

Waterlooville Counselling used to be located within Psychology Chartered Ltd, Widley (and, later, temporarily within Becvar Health Ltd before relocating to Havant), just one-and-a-half miles from Waterlooville town centre. The first of these locations is no longer occupied commercially, while BecVar Health Ltd continues to be available today.
Waterlooville was an ideal location as the counselling offices were located just off of London Road, yet were away from commercial buildings, and traffic noise was not a problem.
Waterlooville is also easy to get to, being a couple of minutes drive from the main A3 Portsmouth-to-London route, or easily accessible from Cosham along the old A3 road.
