Survey on Counselling.
As part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek a survey (c 2021) from the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy & YouGov (February 2021*) has been published showing:-
👍🏻 85% Agree
…that it is a good idea to seek counselling or psychotherapy for a problem before it gets out of hand.
👍🏻 73% agree
…people might be happier if they talked with a counsellor or psychotherapist about their problems rather than to take medication.
👍🏻 85% agree
…that it is important that counselling or psychotherapy should be accessible to everyone who wants it.
👍🏻 75% say
…their mental health has been impacted by the pandemic.
With such high numbers surveyed that are positive towards counselling, it’s perhaps not surprising how LGBT Couples and Polyamorous Groups seek counselling for their relationship via LGBTCoupleCounselling.co.uk
